Saira Banu Hospitalized

Veteran actor Saira Banu was admitted to Intensive care unit (I.C.U) of a hospital due to complains of low Blood Pressure.

The 77 years old veteran actor was taken to the Hinduja hospital which is situated in Khar. She was admitted in the hospital three days ago due to minor heart attack which was confirmed by the official.

He added that she is now stable and is likely to discharge in 1 or 2 days. Her husband and a iconic star of bollywood Dilip Kumar died on july 7 at the age of 98 and he was also admitted to the same hospital.



The veteran actress has been the part of many bollywood films. She started her career with the films Junglee (1961) and has acted in iconic films like Padosan (1968), Hera Pheri (1976), Diwana (1967) and Purab aur Paschim (1970).
